Cancellation policy

BILLING

  • Your payment method will be automatically charged when items ship according to your chosen subscription frequency
  • The same payment method will be used for all recurring shipments
  • Prices and shipping costs are subject to change with 30 days notice

FAILED PAYMENTS

  • If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times
  • If payment remains unsuccessful after 3 attempts, your subscription will be automatically canceled
  • You will be notified via email of any payment issues

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

  • If an item in your subscription is unavailable, that shipment will be skipped
  • We will notify you via the email address on your account
  • Your subscription will resume with the next scheduled shipment when stock is available

CHANGES & CANCELLATION

  • You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account
  • Changes must be made at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment
  • No cancellation fees apply
