Cancellation policy
BILLING
- Your payment method will be automatically charged when items ship according to your chosen subscription frequency
- The same payment method will be used for all recurring shipments
- Prices and shipping costs are subject to change with 30 days notice
FAILED PAYMENTS
- If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to 3 times
- If payment remains unsuccessful after 3 attempts, your subscription will be automatically canceled
- You will be notified via email of any payment issues
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
- If an item in your subscription is unavailable, that shipment will be skipped
- We will notify you via the email address on your account
- Your subscription will resume with the next scheduled shipment when stock is available
CHANGES & CANCELLATION
- You may modify or cancel your subscription at any time through your account
- Changes must be made at least 2 business days before your next scheduled shipment
- No cancellation fees apply
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
